We haven’t been able to show this one off for a little while as it was a Christmas present for a lucky mum so we didn’t want to spoil the surprise, but now that we’re well and truly into the New Year, here it is!
Tom got in touch just before Christmas as he and his brother, Chris, wanted to get some photos done for their mum for Christmas (what nice boys, eh?) So on a cold and drizzly Sunday morning in December, we headed off to Embsay Reservoir to meet up with them for a wander round the reservoir to take some photos.
It’s a lovely spot, even when it is a bit grey (which can be very often in Skipton and the Dales!) and there’s something different to capture there in every season. If you haven’t been for a wander round, it’s a great place for a weekend walk, and great for dogs too (now that we have a dog, I have to mention whether it’s dog-friendly as it’s become so important to us everywhere we go…not that we bring our dog on photoshoots…unless you make a special request for his attendance!)
Here are some of our favourite photos from their shoot. For more information on lifestyle and on-location portrait sessions with us, head over to our website here.
