This weekend we’re joining Steph and James to photograph their wedding at another one of our favourite venues, The Devonshire Fell in Burnsall. We met up with the happy couple a few weeks ago for their pre-wedding shoot, and they chose Gisburn Forest in Lancashire. It’s somewhere they enjoy spending time, and walking their dogs (Ruby, Duke and Harvey) who all came along for some photos as well!
After tea and cakes, and a good chat through their plans (which include a horse and carriage, and a tractor, as modes of transport!) we headed out for a wander.
As some of you may know, I am more than a little obsessed with dachshunds (including our own, Archie!) Steph originally found us because we’re both members of a Facebook group, The Yorkshire Dachshund Group. Harvey is their miniature longhaired dachshund, so of course it made this shoot extra special fun for me! Not forgetting Ruby and Duke, the lovely labradors, as well–dogs really are the best.
So, here’s to another lovely wedding weekend! Look out for more on the blog soon…
